At VitalHeal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your VitalHeal account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.

  Drop Off Your Return

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location nearby.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
